Return Eligibility

- In its original condition
- Free of damage and scratches
- Returned in its original packaging
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please visit our Contact Us page and provide your order details. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. RAPIDRILL is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund in your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact support@rapidrill.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
