Processing & Handling Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Please allow additional time during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances that may cause delays.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We offer multiple shipping options, including standard, expedited, and express shipping. Delivery estimates are based on the shipping method chosen at checkout:

Please note that these estimates do not include order processing time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Final shipping rates will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your shipment using the provided tracking number through the carrier’s website.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within the US. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. If your shipping address falls within a restricted area, we will notify you promptly.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
RAPIDRILL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is missing, please check with neighbors or your local carrier office. For damaged packages, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage for assistance in filing a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. RAPIDRILL is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
International Shipping (If Applicable)
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
